ICSB is delighted to announce that Dr. Herman Aguinis, Avram Tucker Distinguished Scholar and Professor of Management at The George Washington University School of Business and currently serving as AOM Vice President & Program Chair will be one of the keynote speakers at the ICSB 2021 World Congress.

About the Speaker:

Dr. Herman Aguinis is the Avram Tucker Distinguished Scholar and Professor of Management at The George Washington University School of Business. He has been elected for the presidency track of the Academy of Management (AOM) and is serving as AOM Vice President & Program Chair, President-Elect, President, and Past President during 2019-2023. The 2019 and 2018 Web of Science Highly Cited Researchers Reports ranked him among the 100 most impactful researchers in Economics and Business in the world. Dr. Aguinis has published nine books and more than 160 journal articles.

His research addresses the acquisition and deployment of talent in organizations and organizational research methods. Recent projects address star performance, corporate social responsibility & business sustainability, domestic and international workforce diversity, leadership, staffing, training and development, performance management, and innovative methodological approaches for developing and testing theories.
