Registration prices will increase after Jan 1, 2022.
ICSB Congress Fee refunds are made based on the following scale:
- Up to 1 month before the Congress—full refund minus 50 USD processing fee for in-person and or online.
- Less than one month but more than two weeks before the Congress—50% refund and $50 processing fee.
- Fourteen (14) days before the Congress – no possibility for refund.
If you are wanting to change your status (online or in-person) for the 2022 ICSB World Congress, you may do so 1 time free of charge before May 1, 2022. After May 1, 2022 a 25 USD fee will charged for all status changes.
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee cannot attend the Congress due to a family death, emergency illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such an event, the ICSB International Office must be contacted in writing by either letter or e-mail with the situation’s details and a request for a refund. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests will not be accepted until one week post-congress.

Please note that this registration does not include room and board.
