The KIA Tigers, based in Gwangju, have won the Korean Series 11 times. Participants of the 2023 ICSB World Congress can enjoy an exciting night of watching the KIA Tigers baseball game, eating Korean fried chicken, and experiencing the unique Korean cheering culture on July 11th.

From ‘StarCraft’ to ‘League of Legends’, Korea has established itself as a hub of esports. Participants can experience Korean esports at the Asia e-Sports Center, which features state-of-the-art facilities.
The Asia Culture Center (ACC) is an international arts and cultural exchange organization that holds exhibitions and events that fuse diverse cultures from throughout Asia. Participants will experience Asian culture at the Asia Culture Center and explore the historical places of Gwangju.
K-pop has become more than just a phenomenon; it has become a genre. A K-pop performance will be performed for the participants during the 2023 ICSB World Congress in Korea, the birthplace of K-pop. Participants can enjoy the performance of Gwangju’s K-pop dance group.

The Korean Classical Music Regular Performance in Gwangju is a combination of various performances by representative art groups. It presents exciting performances of various Korean traditional music, including Pansori, Folk songs, Korean traditional dances, and Fusion Korean music combining contemporary genres.
Participants of the 2023 ICSB World Congress will have the opportunity to experience this unique cultural event.
